Eligibility

Alcobev Brand Alignment & Compliance
All Alcobev products imported and distributed by the Company are handled in accordance with:
- Alcobev brand standards and ethical guidelines applicable to India
- Applicable Indian laws, including food, beverage, excise, labelling, packaging, promotions, and import regulations
Unauthorized brand representation, misleading claims, or deviation from approved Alcobev branding, positioning, or marketing practices is strictly prohibited.
Product Information
- Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice
- Images and visuals are for reference only
- The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any product
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil business or legal purposes.
Orders & Acceptance
- All orders are subject to written confirmation by the Company
- The Company reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its discretion
- An order shall be deemed accepted only upon dispatch of goods or written confirmation
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, freight, insurance, and statutory levies unless stated otherwise
- Payments must be made strictly as per agreed commercial terms
- Delayed payments may attract interest, penalties, or suspension of supply
Delivery, Title & Risk
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, customs clearance, or force majeure events
- Risk in goods transfers to the buyer upon dispatch or delivery, as per agreed terms
- The Company shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control
Returns, Replacements & Claims
1. No Consumer Returns
All sales are final and non-returnable, being B2B transactions
2. Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements shall be considered only if:
- Goods are damaged at delivery
- Incorrect goods are supplied
- Manufacturing or transit defects are identified
3. Notification
Claims must be submitted within 1 hours of delivery, along with photographic and documentary evidence.
4. Inspection & Approval
All claims are subject to inspection and written approval. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
5. Exclusions
No returns shall be accepted for:
- Improper storage or handling
- Expired or near-expiry products
- Regulatory changes affecting resale
- Normal wear and tear
6. Refunds
Approved refunds, if any, shall be adjusted against future orders or processed at the Company’s discretion.
Distributor Appointment & Relationship
1. Nature of Appointment
Distributor appointments are non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed in writing and governed by separate distributor agreements.
2. Independent Contractor
Distributors act as independent contractors. No partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship is created.
3. Distributor Obligations
Distributors must:
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws and Alcobev brand guidelines
- Maintain valid licenses, permits, and registrations
- Follow approved pricing, branding, and marketing standards
- Refrain from misleading representations or unauthorized promotions
4. Territory & Sub-Distribution
Distributors shall not sell outside approved territories or appoint sub-distributors without prior written consent.
5. Termination
The Company may terminate any distributor appointment for breach, non-performance, non-payment, regulatory non-compliance, or at its discretion, subject to contractual terms.
Regulatory Compliance
Buyers and distributors are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:
- Import, excise, and local regulatory requirements
- Storage, transportation, and resale norms
- Advertising and promotional restrictions applicable to Alcobev products
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, and materials are the property of the Company or Alcobev brand owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the value of goods supplied
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims arising from breach of these Terms, misuse of products, or violation of law.
Confidentiality
All commercial and business information exchanged shall be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
Termination of Access
The Company may suspend or terminate access to its website or services without notice in case of breach of these Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Amendments
